Pure Diet are delighted to have been featured on the popular food blog Seasons Eatings!
Our team were over the moon to discover that the foodie blog had included our organic chia seeds in their 'Fitness February' feature, describing the seeds as a 'product they can't live without,' alongside fitness favourites like Whole Earth 3 Nut Butter, Bulk Powders Snack Bars and Fresh Rock The Beets Juice.
The article recommends adding our chia seeds to your soups or roasted vegetables to add that bit of extra crunch, or adding to smoothies jams and porridge, describing our seeds as a great source of Omega 3, fibre and protein.
Plus, did you know, our chia seeds are great for boosting energy, contain all nine essential amino acids and are loaded with essential anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals?
